Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions is essential for understanding the obligations and rights described throughout this document.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the oja98 platform is strictly conditional on each of the following eligibility requirements being met in full at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

Account Registration

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) oja98 account. This one-account-per-person rule applies across all devices, IP addresses, household addresses, shared payment methods, and linked identities. • Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. oja98 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from inactive account balances, and to close accounts with a zero balance after the applicable notice period.

Deposits & Withdrawals

oja98 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Indonesian market, including major local bank transfers, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or, where cryptocurrency is used, in the applicable digital asset denomination.

Supported Deposit Methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000. Processing time: typically instant to 5 minutes during banking hours.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000. Processing time: instant in most cases.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• oja98 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts. During periods of high volume or in cases requiring additional compliance review, processing may take longer.
• KYC verification must be completed before processing withdrawals above Rp 10.000.000 (ten million Rupiah) or the cryptocurrency equivalent. oja98 reserves the right to require KYC on any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw uncleared bonus funds will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• oja98 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

oja98 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

• Opt-In Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be actively claimed by the Member before or at the time of the qualifying deposit. Retroactive bonus application is not available.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the oja98 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. • Expiry: Bonus balances that remain uncleared beyond the stated expiry period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit) will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While any active bonus balance remains in your account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is Rp 200.000 (or the cryptocurrency equivalent) unless a lower limit is stated in the specific offer terms. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Abuse: oja98 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, the use of low-risk or hedged betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and any form of collusion. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended and any outstanding balances forfeited.
• Amendments: oja98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already credited and in progress.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oja98 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account, for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
